Top 5 WR NFL Draft Prospects

Top 5 WR NFL Draft Prospects

Corey Davis stiff arms a defender
From Antonio Brown, to Julio Jones, to Julian Edleman, to Desean Jackson, to Odell Beckham, there have been wide receivers around the league that has earned their respect in the league.  This coming up young class of talent may have more sleeper than some of the big names.  There are a number of teams that can use a play maker at the receiver positon.  Here are the top 5 at the position entering the draft:
1.  Corey Davis- Standing 6'2 205 he is very athletic could make an impact right away with any squad.  He has the speed and athleticism ready for the NFL.  Finished career at Western Michigan with 97 grabs and 19 touchdowns.  He totaled 52td's through his college career.  He will be first receiver off the board.  He can make plays for any veteran or young qb.
2.  Mike Williams - Put on an amazing performance in the national championship game.  Another play maker on the board that has tremendous size to get the ball in the end zone frequently. Suffered a freak neck injury with a goal post that ended his 2015 season.  Mike bounced back with 98 receptions in 2016 and a championship trophy to go along with it.  Teams will feel very bad about passing up on this 6'3 225 freakish talent.  He is a top 10 pick for sure.
3.  Dede Westbrook- 2015 was a good year for Dede, but 2016 he broke out to be great.  He is really quick and makes plays out of nothing.  Ran a 4.3 at his pro day.  He's only listed at 176.  Against some of the bigger corners in the league he could get pushed around, but they have to catch him first.
4.  John Ross - He gained some extra draft points by breaking the fastest 40 time with a 4.22.  Teams looking to add speed to their WR corps need to look no further, this dude is blazing fast.  Got to the end zone 17 times in 2016.  Will also make a dangerous return man.
5.  JuJu Smith Schuster -  Standing at 6'2 220, Juju is a sure handed threat to be great in the league.  Saw a lot of double teams his final year at USC was still able to haul in 70 catches and 10 touchdowns for the Trojans.  Juju is projected 4.48 speed that can catch the ball anywhere you put it.

NFL Top 5 QB draft prospects - 2017

The last Super Bowl won by Tom Brady was a solidification of his legacy.  The Patriots continues to prove year in and year out that they are champions of this league.  It starts with the amazing QB play by Brady.  Kicking off this 2017 NFL season we will take a look at the top 5 QB of this year's class.

Mitchell Trubiskey - Standing at 6'2 222lbs he was ranked 5th in the nation in completion percentage.  30 touchdowns to only 6 int's.  Ran a 4.6 40 at the combine.  He is a dual threat that will most likely be the first QB taken.

5IuJHVjz_400x400.jpg (400×400)Deshaun Watson- National Champion that really put on a great performance to close out his college career.  Threw for 679 yards 4tds and ran for another 3 touchdowns during the college playoffs.  Ran for 1,934 yards 26 tds as a QB.  He has had an amazing college career.  He is a very versatile asset to any team.  Teams that pass up on Watson according to his dad 'will be like passing up on Michael Jordan.'  With his accuracy and ability to run he will be a threat.

Patrick Mahomes  --  Throwing in Texas Tech's offense is a set up for QB success.  Running 5 wide, shotgun open style offense.  6'2 230lb big body that can really throw a good deep ball with ease.  Threw for over 5,000 yards and 41 touchdowns, will be a great playmaker and really fun to watch.   maxresdefault.jpg (1920×1080)

Brad Kaaya  --6'4 and being in a pro style offense for 3 strong years gives Kaaya an upside.  Threw for 27 touchdowns and 7 interceptions, he's a 60% college passer, but will that translate to the pros?   brad-kayaa.jpg (3063×2169)
