Week 3 analysis and Week 4 picks

Another great week of football has past with another one coming up.  I was 11-5 on my picks last week.  The 5 games that I got wrong the teams that won proved me wrong because the identities of most teams are not quite developed.  The Rams, Bears, Cowboys, Falcons, and Cardinals bent my predictions in the wrong direction.
  • St.Louis is picking up momentum with their rookie Quarterback.
  • The Bears are looking destructive if their offense can make some plays, they can be dangerous.
  • Never know which Dallas team will show up on Sundays
  • The Falcons had luck on its side because the Super Bowl Champs needed a kicker
  • The Cardinals squeaked one by at home against the Raiders

Let's see if we can do a little better this week! Who Want to Challenge me?

Jets @ Buffalo Bills--- The Jets are picking up steam and rolling on           38-17

Bengals @ Cleveland Browns ------Cincinati has its problems but they got weapons. They go to 3-1      31-21

Baltimore @ Pittsburgh Steelers---This is gonna be fun to watch defensively but Pittsburgh stays perfect     13-10

Broncos @ Tennessee Titans ---The Broncos can't answer Chris Johnson Titans win        27-20

Lions @ Green Bay Packers----The Lions need to restructure the whole franchise  Pack win   38-18

49'ers @ Atlanta Falcons----  The Falcons are coming off a big road win in New Orleans.  They continue winning at home and New O.C for the 49'ers Falcons win              24-10

Panthers @ New Orleans Saints------The Panthers score only 10 points per game and the Saints are disgusted at is imperfection.  Saints win                                33-10

Seahawks @ StL Rams -------Great NFC west showdown.  The team that wins this will win the Division and it will be the Seahawks with that new energy they have.                     29-21

Colts @ Jacksonville Jaguars -----The Jaguars don't have an answer for the Machine Peyton. Colts win   45-13

Texans @ Oakland Raiders ----The Texans are averging 407 yards passing per game but also allows 368.  I think Oakland takes this at home.           31-27

Redskins @ Philadelphia Eagles----Vick is proven to be a better fit than McNabb right now.  Philly have no reason to boo.  He's done a lot for the team but it's Vick's team now! Eagles win at home           27-13

Cardinals @ San Diego Chargers -----Last season Phillip Rivers was 6-2 at home against NFC opponents.  Chargers win    34-17

Bears @ N.Y Giants------The Giants are looking disgruntled, but I don't think the Bears have enough on offense to pull this one off.  Giants find a way to get it done at home.    21-17

Monday Night:
Patriots @ Miami Dolphins-----Patriots focus on what they are doing right while Moss and Brady continue to dominate.                                            31-24

Week 1 World Cup, NBA Finals Recap, & My AFC RB rankings

L.A Lakers NBA Champs thanks to Kobe and Pau.  Kobe adds another ring and MVP trophy. The Celtics fought hard all the way to the end but the better team won.  The stat that was the most vital was the rebounding.  The team that won the rebounding battle won each game.  The Lakers in game 7 had 23 offensive to the Celtics 8.  Congrats to the city of L.A I know it's gonna be crazy over on the west coast for the next few days.

The first week of the World Cup in South Africa came to a close with so many ups and downs for so many nations and teams.  I don't get into soccer to often, but to see the unity from every corner of the globe is a beautiful thing.  The vuvuzelas sound creates a more intense feeling for the players because they sound like a beehive.  The teams/games that stood out to me over the week were as follows:  Argentina showing that they can score and at will with good defense they defeated S. Korea 4-1, Mexico beat France 1-0 was a surprise to me seeing that they tied with S. Africa 1-1. Uruguay beat the home town yesterday.  My pick to win it Brazil won 2-1 and Ghana the only team that's still standing from Africa with a Win.  They play Australia today.  After tieing with England 1-1 now About to watch the U.S vs. Slovenia... Stay Tuned

Finals Preview, Blackhawks up 2-0, NFC running back Rankings

    NBA Finals 2010

    Boston vs L.A
    Garnett vs. Pau
    Rondo vs. Fisher
    Ray vs. Kobe
    Pierce vs. Artest
    Perkins vs. Bynum

Lake Show defending their title, Kobe is going for his Fifth ring, and Phil is trying to fill all his fingers and a Toe.

Garnett is back and Boston is aiming to get their ring back from 2008 and add their 18th banner to the organization.

MY Thoughts:  This will be one of the greatest series ever!  Kobe is gonna have to play bigger than ever, MJ esque.  He's been sharing the ball a lot, getting other people involved, while Artest has been smothering with his defense...Rondo been stepping up his game and the C's have Garnett back healthy with support of Nate Robinson and Rasheed Wallace.....Looking at the bench and the starting lineup, I think the Celtics win in 7.

The Chicago Blackhawks are up 2-0 in the Stanley cup Finals

Lake Show heat up the Suns...Is Chi town headed for a Stanley Cup? & My AFC quaterback Rankings

The Lakers have scored 252 points in 2 games against the Suns.....Kobe dished out a career playoff high 13 assist and 21 points. The Suns big stars Nash and Stoudemire scored 29 points combined. Their defense doesn't exist...Grant Hill is gonna need more help from his other teamates to stop Bryant & Gasol who lead the game with 29 points.  He enjoyed the dimes Kobe dished to him all night.  Lake Show is seeming to score at will...I think its safe to start thinking bout another Boston/L.A series...Healthy Garnet vs. Gasol is gonna be The Matchup, cause Kobe won't be able to do it on his own next Round.

Will Chicago earn their 1st Stanley Cup in 50 years?  Maybe I hope so. They're up 2-0 against the San Jose Sharks in the Western Conference Finals!  Chitown Stand up! I'll wait till the final series to start watching..

Magic goes down 2-0 and NFC Quarterback Ranking

Rondo and Pierce combined for 54 points in a game 2 that I thought the Magic needed...DWight Howard  picked up a flagarant foul early against Paulie that looked like a UFC move..Vince Carter missed 2 costly free throws at the end that could've put them down 1....
The C's proved to everybody that they are serious. All phases are ticking and they are reminding everybody of the team before K.G got injured.  Rajaun Rondo continues to lead the league averging 10.6 assists per game in the playoffs, while averging 17.8pts per...He's passing and he's gettin to the basket with ease....With Boston hitting on all cylinders O town need to step it up or Get the brooms ready!

    Ranking the NFC Quaterbacks:
    1.Drew Brees

    2.Donovan McNabb

    3.Jay Cutler

3.Aaron Rodgers --Tie between these two

    4.Brett

NBA Semifinals & LBJ's next home

So as Prince James sit at home after another early exit from the playoffs, some recognizable faces are turning up the heat for the final stretch....Im gonna be brief and to the point

    West
Kobe's finger doesn't seem to bother him a bit...Him and Pau Gasol are carrying the Lakers on their backs...After watching the brilliant 20 pt 3rd qtr Phil Jackson knows this act so very well...The Suns can score at a very fast pace and in big spurt but this team is just to much, Lakers win this series in 6

    East
Boston with the dismantling of the Prince James has him thinking about where he wants to call home next season...Now its Superman's turn! K.G is back and in full swing...With the Big 3 turning on the heat I don't know if the Magic has enough to return back to the Finals...Ray Allen is finding his shot, Rondo turned it on the whole season, and give Pauly a little room and the game is over....Celtics win the series in 7

    So Where you going Bron?
Here's my take of where he's more likely to end up!

Chicago--I really don't think he will be willing to go that far into M.J's legacy...There's a lot of pressure he risks putting on himself if he makes this move..Team seems to be in place there with D.Rose running the show...37%

New York--If Amare or Chris Bosh makes the move with him here I think this could be a good move ..42%

Cleveland- He just cant seem to get it done in his backyard...Maybe they are one player away from the missing piece but he cant do it all by himself..it seems that they will be willing to do whatever to keep him there so it is his call......62%

Miami--Now the thought of this team would be a wonderful thing for the NBA..Bron teaming up with DWayde with Pat Riley maybe being back at the Head...May make Phil Kobe get the chills...81%

New Jersey--Jay-Z calls the shot in the Rap game but can he take that to David Stern and The Prince.I know would love to go to one of the games in a couple of years...#BiGTimeMarketing!...26%

Charlotte...The man is running the show now so if he wants to learn from the man MJ himself he will head into this direction...Could put together a good team but I think they may have Insufficient Funds...14%
