CFB Week 12 PREVIEW & Heisman Race

WEEK 11 Recap

This week teams will continue to fight for the top playoff spots also fighting for conference championships.  Some big games from last week knocked some teams out of a chance.  We saw a lot of movement from the playoff rankings this week.  Alabama and Clemson are back 1,2.  Here's a rundown of how week 11 went down:

• Auburn blew out Georgia.  They held the bulldogs to 46 yards rushing.

• Jalen Hurts proved himself a winner with some of the big time throws he was making.  Jalen threw for 262 1 TD and ran for a touchdown.  Exciting game came to the end with a failed Hail Mary attempt out the back of the end zone.                       

• The turnover chain was worn by 4 different Hurricane defenders in a blowout against Notre Dame.  Malik Rossier had a touchdown pass and run.

• Wisconsin RB Jonathan Taylor rushed for 157 yards on 29 carries in a stomping versus the Hawkeyes

• Bryce Love's 166 yards 3 TD's for Stanford out shined Washington's RB Myles Gaskin 3 TD's with a win.  Knocking the Huskies out of playoff contention in my mind.

• USC clinched the Pac 12 South and kept themselves alive in the hunt.  Ron Jones II is fast and fun to watch.  He ran for 142 yads, Ajene Harris had 2 picks taking one for a touchdown, and Sam Darnold threw for 329 yards with a rush TD

• Ohio State blowout of Michigan State put them back in the top 10

• Saquan Barkley rushed for 2 touchdowns keeping their playoff hopes alive

• Oklahoma State barely escapes another upset by Iowa State with a game winning INT in the end zone.  Mason Rudolph threw 3 TD's and Justice Hill ran for 3.

• Taquan Marshall QB from Georgia Tech threw 8 passes the entire game, 2 completions both for 60 and 80 yard touchdowns to beat Virginia Tech.

• UCF stays undefeated with 4 rushing touchdowns
